in Photoshop, I can design the entire website (dribbble, behance, portfolio)
I slice the design and prepare the assets for the website
I code the whole thing in html(5)+css(3)+js/jquery (github - mostly private repos, access on request)
I integrate it into ruby projects, on my branch in your Git repo
These steps are usually done by 3 different guys who often hate each other: designer, front-end coder and back-end developer.
